H.E.R. is the community impact initiative of Highly Effective Results, created to support and elevate women in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Rooted in the belief that women deserve a seat at every table and a voice in every room, this area of the business reflects our commitment to creating meaningful impact beyond the work we do with clients. H.E.R. is about championing women’s growth, expanding opportunities, and helping build workplaces where leadership is more inclusive, representative, and empowered.

As a woman-owned business, Highly Effective Results believes it has a responsibility to help strengthen the business community for the women we have the opportunity to influence today and for those who will follow in our footsteps. 

For founder Tami Fleck, that responsibility is deeply personal. As the mother of two grown daughters and one of three sisters, pictured above, she understands both the power of women’s leadership and the importance of opening doors for others. Inspired by a strong mother who modeled courage, resilience, and leadership, and a father who instilled confidence in her abilities while passing down business acumen that shaped her entrepreneurial journey, Tami learned early that effective leadership is built on both opportunity and encouragement. When women are supported, seen, and given opportunities to lead, businesses become stronger, and communities become better. H.E.R. was created as an extension of that belief and a way to invest in women not only as professionals, but as leaders, founders, and changemakers. 

H.E.R. is about advocacy, access, and advancement. It reflects our belief that elevating women in the workplace is not just good for women, it’s essential for stronger leadership, better decision-making, and more effective organizations.
